The holidays are here, and so that our staff can have time to celebrate (or chip ice off of their cars), we will have limited support from Monday, December 23, through Wednesday, January 1. If you have difficulties with your Ozimals pets during this time, and nobody in the group chats has advice that helps, please file a ticket at support.ozimals.com and we will reply as quickly as possible!
It isn't as though Oz is silent and empty, though... Ozma is testing recipes for green-tinted anniversary cakes, and has put the retirees in Bunnybury to work making party decorations. Enjoy your holidays and we'll see you in 2014!
