Hello, Ozimals friends!
In observance of the holiday this week in the USA, Ozimals will have limited support from Wednesday, November 23, through Sunday, November 27. This means that CSRs will not be inworld for their usual shifts, and that it may take longer to receive replies to your tickets. We'll tackle them as soon as we get back, don't worry, but in the meantime, don't be afraid to ask for advice in the inworld groups--our community is helpful and awesome!
Once the break is done, it'll be full speed ahead, into celebrating the winter holidays like never before--stay tuned!
