Hello, Ozimals friends!
Due to the holiday weekend in the US, we will have limited staff from Thursday, November 28, through Sunday, December 1, so that our staff may visit friends and family, get stranded in snowstorms, and eat a whole lot of pie. If you have difficulties with your bunnies or Pufflings during this time, you can often get help from the Ozimals community by asking questions in the inworld groups--but if your problem puzzles everyone, please file a ticket, and we'll get back to you as soon as we recover from eating all of that pie.
